cyclist crackdown

Hi

I am writing about cyclist crackdown.Some of motorists think that bicyclists have been allowed unconditional rights to violate in Chicago. But cyclists are not just putting themselves at risk,but also endangering pedestrians in crosswalks and drivers.Across the city,the average of crashes is 1,300 each year,according CDOT.When police officers stopped them,they said we did not know that even cyclist can not cross the red light.
However,everyone lives and have vehicle in the city ,they should obey the law.Nobody violates.Bike is a kind of vehicle,so cyclists should respect the law,because any law keep them safe.
